Meet our staff

Linda Esrick
Registered Nurse and Owner, Linda graduated from the prestigious University of South Florida in 1976 with her baccalaureate in nursing and a minor degree in special education. Linda worked in numerous specialty units during her nursing career such as NICU, pediatrics, medical surgery, and orthopedics to name a few. Noticing a need for quality senior home care, Linda founded AHCS in 1998.

Zach Shaw
Director of Operations, Zach Shaw has been with Affordable Home Care Solutions since 2010. In 2008, Zach moved from Wisconsin to Arizona. In 2010, Zach met Larry and Linda Esrick and learned of Affordable Home Care Solutions. A big believer in their mission to provide a quality service for seniors, Zach joined Affordable Home Care Solutions.

Kris Friedman
Director of Business Development, Kris, comes to Affordable Home Care Solutions with over 25 years experience in marketing, advertising, sales and territory management. Originally from Gurnee, Illinois she loves her life in the Valley of the Sun! Kris is very enthusiastic about Affordable Home Care Solutions mission and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Seth Layman
Director of Business Development/Client Care Coordinator, Seth Layman, is an excellent addition to Affordable Home Care Solutions. Originally from Seattle, WA, Seth now resides in Scottsdale and found out about Affordable Home Care Solutions in 2011. A great listener to people's needs, Seth dedicates his time to finding perfect care for every one of our clients.
