Linda L. Esrick RN, BSN, Founder & CEO

Linda graduated from the University of South Florida in 1976 with her baccalaureate in nursing and a minor degree in special education. Linda has worked in numerous specialty units in the hospital such as NICU, pediatrics, medical surgery, and orthopedics to name a few. After working many years in a nursing home setting Linda decided to start a company that provides quality care that enables seniors to remain in their own homes safely in 1998. In addition, Linda was employed as a continuing education instructor for the State of Florida for license renewals for nurses.

Linda started Affordable Home Care Solutions in 1998. Having worked as a Registered Nurse with thousands of seniors over her 30+ year career, Linda poured her heart and experience into her company. Today, Affordable Home Care Solutions is one of Phoenix Valley’s most prominent and well-respected professional home care companies. Linda is actively involved in the majority of the daily activities of the business. In addition, Linda knows each and every one of her clients and visits on a regular basis. She also designs their customized care plan for the caregivers to follow. Linda keeps updated with all senior issues and attends numerous medical conferences every year.
